April 13, 2011

Milwaukee – The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has filed sexual harassment and retaliation charges against Reedsburg McDonald’s restaurant owner Missoula Mac, Inc. on behalf of its female employees who complained about the sexually - hostile work environment, Wednesday morning.

The lawsuit included allegations that Missoula Mac, Inc. allowed its male workers to create a hostile work environment in violation of the federal civil rights act. The women employees complained that the restaurant owner tolerated male employees who carry out sexual comments, sexual offers and physical touching.

Allegedly, some of the women were terminated for expressing their complaints against the sexually hostile work environment. The company was just ignoring sexually harassed employees, reports said.

The victims also include teen high school students.
