Fresno Finds $5M Unexpected Revenue

Irvine - The county supervisors learned Monday that they have at least $5 million unpredicted revenue which would help them battle awful budget issues.

The said revenue has eased the Board of Supervisors approval of a $700,000 mid-year budget for county workers and lawyers and other spending requests.

The state funds that totals to $4.7 million in Williamson Act funds was approved last week. The extra money was included here but the board has made safety measures as they presumed they wouldn’t receive money from the Williamson Act.
