SEXUAL HARASSMENT: Female Vacaville Police Officer Sues City for Sexual Harassment

Vacaville - A female Vacaville police officer, who used to be a cheerleader for Oakland Raiders, has sued the city for sexual harassment, claiming that other officers in the department made jokes regarding her appearance and snide comments regarding her stint as a cheerleader.

According to reports, the officer identified as Nicole Rosenstiel, 35, filed the suit in US District Court in Sacramento.

The suit claimed that a sergeant even asked officers to raise their hands if they want to see the plaintiff’s naked body, said reports.

A spokesman for the city denied such allegations and stated that the defendant will engage in a court battle.
