EMPLOYMENT LAW: Female Employee Sues Bismarck Postal Office for Sexual Harassment and Discrimination

Bismark, North Dakota - A female employee of the Bismarck Postal Office has filed a lawsuit in federal court claiming that she was a victim of sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace.
Shirley Puklich, the victim, claimed that she suffered emotional and economic damages including, lost income and job benefits and is seeking more than $50,000 in damages.
The event/s where the alleged sexual harassment and discrimination occurred was not immediately known.
Puklich is also claiming retaliation after discovering that her job was reposted and her work schedule was modified after she filed her complaints.
The US Postal Service has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
