MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT: Man dies in motorcycle crash near Ramona

Ramona – A motorcyclist was killed in a crash Monday morning in a rural area, reports said.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the motorcyclist, whose name was not yet released, was driving along Old Julian Highway at about 10 a.m. when he got into the accident.

The CHP is currently investigating the factors that may have contributed to the incident.

Meanwhile, a second motorcycle accident was reported involving a collision that took place at about the same time and a half-mile away from the first motorbike crash, Cal Fire reported.

Investigators are trying to determine whether the two accidents were related.
