Bicycle Accident: Criminal Minds' Shemar Moore Files Lawsuit over LA Bike Crash

Los Angeles-- CBS' Criminal Minds' actor Shemar Moore filed a lawsuit at Los Angeles district court after a bicycle accident.

The actor-model sued Philip Randall and Florence Rosenthal for crashing onto his bike while riding downtown Los Angeles. Moore said that he was cycling on his way home at Sepulveda Boulevard when a car rear-ended his bike on August 1, 2009.

Moore is represented by Shawn Holley (Lindsay Lohan's lawyer). He currently appears as "Derek Morgan", an FBI agent in the hit TV series' Criminal Minds. He also portrayed as “Malcolm Winters” for The Young and the Restless TV series from 1994 to 2002.
